When does an application use a credit?
Only after a submission is confirmed with evidence such as a confirmation page, employer message, application ID, or stable confirmation state. Drafts, discovered jobs, duplicates, and blocked forms do not consume an application credit.
What is a supported cloud attempt?
It is a remote browser task started on a supported public workflow. Compute is used once the task begins, so a CAPTCHA, login requirement, unknown question, or user cancellation can consume the attempt even though the application credit is refunded.
What is included with AutoPilot?
Every plan includes the connected ApplyHolic workspace. Depending on the tier, that includes resume profiles, ATS checks, AI credits, job tracking, tailoring, CRM, interview preparation, analytics, and workflow diagnostics.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Paid plans are self-serve and can be changed or canceled before renewal. Members who qualify for legacy pricing keep their discount while continuously subscribed, subject to the published grace-period rules.
