ApplyHolic processes account, resume, job, tracker, and automation data to provide the product features users request.

Anonymous public tool inputs are used only to return the requested preview and should not be stored as saved resume history unless a user signs in and explicitly saves work.

Users can request export or deletion from account settings. Connected extension and HolicFlow workflows are governed by user consent and plan controls.
