Value
Authenticate the extension and confirm the workspace before it can use saved profile details.
Host access should be requested when needed and explained in plain language.
Diagnostics should show version, heartbeat, last error, stale session state, and required user action.
Security challenges, unknown forms, missing answers, and unsupported pages should stop and explain why.
How it works
Generated pages should explain the workflow clearly, expose safe fallbacks, and keep the next action obvious on mobile and desktop.
Use the approved browser extension package or store listing when available.
Open the extension, sign in, and choose the workspace it should use.
Grant access only for the job sites or ATS pages you intend to use.
Open workspace diagnostics to confirm heartbeat, version, permissions, and last error state.
A healthy connection should show a recent heartbeat, compatible extension version, expected permissions, no stale session warning, and no unresolved blocker.
Troubleshooting
Most setup issues are stale sessions, missing host access, old extension versions, or unsupported pages. The web diagnostics page should show a human-readable next action.
Reconnect from the extension and refresh the workspace diagnostics page.
Grant host access for the current site only when you are ready to use it.
Save the job manually or route it to review instead of forcing automation.
Safety and trust
Automation and extension workflows are consent-gated. CAPTCHA, login, 2FA, suspicious activity, missing answers, unsupported forms, and unknown blockers stop for user action. ApplyHolic does not bypass platform restrictions, does not guarantee employment, and does not submit applications without the review and consent controls configured by the user.

Yes. Generated pages and workspace surfaces are designed mobile-first with readable spacing, touch-friendly controls, and no horizontal overflow at narrow widths.
The product should show a real empty state and the next safe action rather than inventing fake production data.
It needs access to supported job application pages to detect fields and assist with autofill. Access should be minimized and requested when needed.
Complete the challenge yourself or stop the run. ApplyHolic stops for CAPTCHA, login, 2FA, and security challenges.
